Job Description

As a Primary School English Teacher, you will work alongside a team of educators dedicated to fostering language skills in young learners. Your role will involve crafting engaging lessons that make learning English fun and accessible for children. We focus on creating a supportive environment where students can thrive and develop their language abilities.

Salary: 18000-28000 before tax

Key Responsibilities

Engage students in interactive English language activities, including reading, writing, speaking, and listening exercises.
Collaborate with other teachers and school staff to plan and implement effective lesson plans aligned with curriculum objectives.
Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities.
Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to students to support their language development and confidence.
Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
Assess student progress through regular evaluations and observations, adjusting teaching strategies as needed.
Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to share student progress and address any concerns.
Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay updated on best practices in language education.

Skills & Experience

You have a passion for teaching English to young learners in a primary school setting.
You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with children and create a supportive learning environment.
You have a bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field, with relevant coursework in English language teaching methods preferred.
Prior experience teaching English as a second language to children is an asset.
You demonstrate creativity, patience, and flexibility in adapting lessons to meet the needs of individual students.
You are committed to continuous learning and professional growth as an educator.
